  • Establish and build strong, trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues, ensuring GAIN is consistently delivering value, clarity and confidence.
  • Show up with professionalism and presence every time, representing both yourself and GAIN at a high standard.
  • Build genuine, resilient relationships that give clients confidence their brands are in safe hands.
  • Contribute thoughtfully in meetings, adapting your input to the seniority and needs of the room.
  • Run the day-to-day of your accounts, ensuring workflows, communication and expectations are clear, timely and well-managed.
  • Capture actions and updates accurately, distilling information into clear next steps for teams and clients.
  • Build a brilliant team to lead your client: best fit, right skills (both in agency and for projects).
  • Own the accuracy of everything clients see, checking, proofing and quality-controlling outputs.
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date client files, assets and documentation.
  • Keep close to your clients’ worlds including their activity, their competitors, their challenges and share relevant intel with your team.
  • Champion the bigger agency picture: how we align and grow other clients across the agency through cross and up-sell.
  • Support, question and mentor the department.
  • Stay curious: share industry knowledge and emerging opportunities that strengthen our sector expertise.
  • Check everything that matters i.e. briefs, costs, timelines and raise improvements early and constructively.
