Role Overview

As Creative Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Creative Studio. Your primary responsibilities are to manage studio resourcing, optimise processes, manage workflows, and support cross‑functional collaboration so that the Creative Team can deliver exceptional work on time and aligned with brief and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Trafficking creative briefs and managing project timelines
• Coordinating communication across Creative, Marketing, Operations and external partners
• Maintaining brand consistency across all creative output
• Helping implement and optimise Asana and other project management systems
• Monitoring KPIs, creative team capacity and project performance

Core Responsibilities

• Brand Consistency: Work with the Brand Manager and Creative Director to ensure all creative output adheres to high quality brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Creative Project Management: Manage intake prioritisation, scheduling of all creative requests and support tracking of creative team hours for improved forecasting and resourcing.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external freelancers and partners to ensure smooth delivery of assets across all projects.
• Workflow Optimisation: Streamline processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements. Maintain and evolve project management tools (Asana preferred).
• Reporting & Insights: Generate actionable insights on project performance, workflow efficiency and capacity planning.

Core Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years working within a fast‑paced design or integrated agency
• Strong project management skills and experience with Asana (or Monday.com, JIRA, Wrike)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Understanding of creative production workflows across digital, print, events and video. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred (not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, positive and professional approach to managing people and projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible business hours as required.
• Capacity to work flexible hours as required when on-site.

Position Type

Permanent, with a 4‑day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd\’s Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non‑working day as standard.
