As an Event Leader, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, commercial success and flawless delivery of one of This is Beyond’s major events. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, marketing, content and operations, ensuring every element of the event aligns with our values, brand standards and business objectives. This role requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You will shape the event’s long-term vision, develop and deliver its commercial strategy, and ensure it continues to evolve as a world-class platform that connects and inspires the most influential players in luxury travel.
You will not simply deliver an event; you will nurture a living community of people and ideas. You will build something that grows year after year, creating experiences that inspire leaders, shift perspectives and spark lasting change.
