You’ll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education. Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately. Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child. Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers. Develop open and positive working relationships with staff Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers Minimum Requirements: Grandir UK is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and an enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
