Position: Customer Delivery Team Leader

Location: Worthing

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Benefits: Profit Share

You do not need any previous experience; we are looking for the right person to join our team now so that we can train you our way and develop a long-term fruitful relationship together. We are a local permanent recruitment company with over 500 blue chip customers across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Finding the best possible candidates for our customers.
  • Working out exactly what our customers need based on their industry, job specifications, and discussions with the hiring personnel.
  • Dealing directly with our customers and their potential employees.
  • Creating and refining searches based on the information and feedback received.
  • Providing the best possible service to our customers.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity if you are committed to your work, enjoy problem solving, and are good with people. We are 100% office-based, working between 8-5.30 Monday - Thursday and finishing at 4.30 on Fridays.
