Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
- Managing employee relations cases
- Leading end-to-end recruitment on site
- Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Coaching and up-skilling line managers
- Supporting various projects and initiatives
- Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
- Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
