We're recruiting on behalf of a growing international group. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR across their UK operations. This is an end-to-end stand-alone HR role, offering a hybrid working pattern.

This is a newly created, 360° HR BP role supporting around 150 staff across two growing UK businesses with international touchpoints. You'll be the sole HR presence on the ground, owning everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and policy, while advising senior leadership on people strategy.

Reporting to the SLT, your key responsibilities would be:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR/ER matters, providing clear, commercially-minded advice to managers and employees.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers on performance, conduct, absence management and employee relations.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job design, advertising, shortlisting and interview coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding, including offer letters, contracts, payroll setup, HRIS entry, IT equipment and Right to Work checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support rollout of a new HRIS platform.
  • Lead the update and rollout of a new Employee Handbook, ensuring compliant, clear policies.
  • Manage employee benefits and guide managers through absence and return-to-work processes.
  • Support managers with objective-setting, performance management and development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR BP role, ideally supporting or working with senior leadership teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and UK employment legislation/employee relations.
  • Confident, self-sufficient operator, comfortable working autonomously in a hands-on, stand-alone role.
  • Experience supporting a growing or start-up-style business is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

What's on Offer:

  • 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Private Healthcare for you and your family.
  • Salary sacrifice schemes, laptop and phone provided.
  • Hybrid working pattern (office-based initially 3 days/week, reducing to 2 days a week once inducted).
  • An autonomous and varied role in a fast-expanding company.
