Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Deputy Manager to work with individuals with domicialliary care, for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs?
Responsibilities of the role:
- To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations
- Assist with individual referrals
- Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis
- Ability to work 2 weekends per month
- Assist with management of staff
Requirements:
- Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable
- NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Good organisational skills
- Drivers license
- Must be on call one weekend per month
