Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to manage 3 sites, all within walking distance of each other.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Work with the Operations Lead
- Manage staff and performance, development and training
- Supervise and support the Deputy Managers and other staff
- Handle any incidents or challenging behaviour in a calm professional manner
Requirements:
- CQC Registered Manager with Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Minimum of 2 years working with supporting individuals with Autism
- Full UK manual driving license, in case required
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of compassion and empathy
- Full DBS checks
