Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR to lead a high-performing HR team through a period of transition. Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days remote | 3–6 month contract | Immediate start. Base pay range available by direct message to the job poster.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the HR function and managing two direct reports, and their teams.
- Acting as the go-to expert for Employee Relations, redundancy, and change management.
- Challenging existing processes and driving improvements across HR operations.
- Building strong relationships across the business and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Providing HR reports and providing insights using Excel.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in senior HR roles with strong generalist, change and ER expertise.
- A confident leader who can coach, manage, drive change, and inspire teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret HR data.
- 35-hour week (9am–5pm).
- Hybrid working (3 days WFH / 2 days office).
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
