Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Administrator to join a fast-paced head office HR team in a hybrid working role. This role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident supporting senior stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring HR data integrity, supporting some payroll processes, producing workforce reports, and delivering a smooth and professional employee experience. You’ll be involved in onboarding and offboarding, HR system updates, audits, workforce metrics, family-related leave processes, Occupational Health coordination, and day-to-day HR queries.
You’ll also support recruitment administration, interview logistics, and senior HR leaders with diary and travel coordination. We’re looking for someone with solid HR administration experience, exceptional attention to detail, and strong Excel capability (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reporting etc). Confidence, discretion, and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels are essential.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our client offers a hybrid working pattern, exposure to a wide range of HR activities. A competitive salary coupled with bonuses is also provided.
