Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children's Home, working with children with special needs.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
Complete set up of the operations
Create a nurturing environment for children & develop care plans for children
Lead and manage a team of care staff
Manage budgets and administrative functions
Monitor the quality and care
Prepare the service for Ofsted registration
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Young People's Services & CQC Registered
Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations & Children's Home regulations
Previous experience with children with Autism & Complex needs
Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection and positive behaviour support
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High level of compassion and empathy & a passion for working with children
Full UK driving license preferred
Full DBS checks
