Are you an experienced recruiter looking to transition from agency to an in-house role? Do you have 360 recruitment experience? We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and the tools to succeed. This is an initial nine-month contract with a high possibility of being made permanent.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational roles / handle high-volume recruitment
- Source talent through advertising, networking, referrals, and job fairs
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reference checks
- Deliver recruitment reports and insights to stakeholders
- Occasional travel to other sites to deliver recruitment campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment within a fast-paced sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Super organised and proactive
- UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
NB: This is a site-based role, 5 days a week!
