Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its warehouse operations across multiple sites near Thirsk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a fast‑paced warehouse environment, who enjoys leading teams and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Oversee goods in, goods out, stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and support production through effective materials management.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and audit records.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce waste.
- We're looking for someone with
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Management experience.
- Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar fast‑paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and logistics.
A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence (essential).
A full UK driving licence (essential).
