Our client is a well-established food manufacturer seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to join their team. As a growing business they are looking for someone to lead, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations of their production facility. Lead and manage daily production operations to meet customer expectations Effectively allocate resources and optimise asset usage to maximise results Oversee product quality, output, and on-time logistics Keep up to date with best practices and production management techniques Foster cross-department collaboration, including procurement, distribution, and management Manage and develop a team of supervisors and staff (approximately 50 staff across 5 supervisors) Proven experience as a Production Manager in the food industry Ideally you will have experience of a complex food production Demonstrated staff management and development experience Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment If you\’re ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to the growth of a well-established brand in the food manufacturing sector, we\’d love to hear from you.
