Whatyou'llbedoing Supporting / coaching/ training managers with regards to all aspects of HR Coordinating onboarding and employee lifecycle activity, including system updates and documentation Coordinating compensation and benefits Producing HR analysis reports and data (strong Excel skills essential) Contributing to knowledge base content and spotting opportunities to improve processes Supervise and support the HR Officer Managing HR cases end-to-end, from intake through resolution, keeping employees and managers updated along the way Whatwe'relookingfor: Strong HR generalist experience including ER, compensation and benefits, relationship building Comfortable working in HRI systems (Workday experience a plus) Strong Excel and data analysis/ HR reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication Able to juggle a busy and ever-changing work in a fast-paced environment NB: Thisis5daysaweekinitiallywhiletraining, movingtohybridoncesettled.
