Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday /site based role!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing a high volume of employee relations cases (40–60+)
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment on site
  • Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Coaching and upskilling line managers
  • Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases)
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar
  • Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
