Ready to own the HR function in a growing, international group? This is your chance to step into a standalone role where you’ll shape people strategy, drive improvements, and partner directly with senior leaders.

We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor who loves variety, and isn’t afraid to take the lead. This is a hybrid role (max 2 days a week in the office - less days, once inducted) which involves liaising with the US head office. This is a ‘hands on’ / stand alone end to end HR role.

You will…

  • Be the go‑to HR expert for UK & EU teams
  • Run end‑to‑end recruitment across a fast‑growing organisation
  • Deliver slick onboarding and own HR systems & compliance (rights to work etc)
  • Support performance, coaching, and ER HR/ Onboarding admin
  • Work across UK & U.S. time zones when needed
  • Help roll out a brand‑new various HR projects including a new HRIS system
  • Occasionally visit the office in NE England
