Were looking for a confident and proactive HR & Resourcing Coordinator to join our team at a specialist mental health hospital in Dorking.This is a site-based role offering broad exposure across all areas of HR, ideal for someone with some HR experience (through education, work experience, or a previous role) and a passion for people. Youll be the sole HR support on-site, working closely with managers and supported by central teams including HR Advisors, Payroll, Compliance, and Talent Acquisition.What Youll Be Doing:Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and central teams. Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with safer recruitment and right-to-work policies.Monitor DBS renewals, professional accreditations, and mandatory training. Liaise with internal and external providers to maintain site compliance.Provide first-line HR support on ER cases, policies, and procedures. Partner with managers and escalate complex cases as needed.Support initiatives to improve staff engagement and retention.
