HR Advisor – (Employee Relations Focus)

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a background in unionised environments? We\’re hiring an HR Advisor to support a number of operational sites across Greater London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising managers on HR policies and employment law
• Supporting audits, restructures, and TUPE projects
• Building relationships with managers and trade unions
• Delivering training and contributing to HR projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of ER experience, able to manage cases end-to-end
• Confident communicator with excellent writing and influencing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionised environment

Our client offers a great benefits package along with a possible hybrid working available after induction, (1–2 days/week from home). This is a customer facing role

This is a very customer facing, relationship building role. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across multiple sites, work closely with senior HR professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects.
