An experienced Interim Head of Neighbourhood Services is sought to lead a large operational housing management function across London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior housing professional with strong experience in neighbourhood services, tenancy management, customer experience, and operational performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading neighbourhood and housing management services across multiple sites
- Driving service improvement, operational performance, and resident satisfaction
- Managing and developing high-performing operational teams
- Overseeing KPIs, complaints handling, and customer engagement
- Leading on complex tenancy, ASB, and neighbourhood management matters
- Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business
- Supporting service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience within senior housing/neighbourhood management roles
- Strong operational leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing performance, complaints, and customer-focused services
- A strong understanding of social housing and regulatory environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to quickly stabilise and improve services within an interim capacity
