Our client is an international manufacturer with a large car service and showroom. This is a well-respected, well-established and well-known car retailer. They have a rare opportunity to join their car servicing team as a Customer Service Advisor.

The role of the Customer Advisor / Service Advisor is to ensure that customers receive a first-class experience of customer service. Other aspects include:

  • Processing customer enquiries
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers via phone, email and in person
  • Booking vehicles in for service and other works
  • Other duties needed to support the function of the service division

Previous Experience / Skills:

  • Industry knowledge - Dealership or similar
  • A strong communicator via phone, email and in person
  • Some customer service experience
  • Proficient IT skills
