Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Trainer to join their team within their food manufacturing organisation, to be responsible for developing the food safety, technical skills and competence of the food production team. This role will require flexible working in order to cover the day and night shift training. The shifts are on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Driving full training of the staff of all food safety related information
- Training on food safety, compliance and critical control, Quality & Process Control
- Packaging and Material Handling
- Advanced Machine Operation Training
- You will work with various teams leaders including Hygiene, Technical, Hygiene and Engineering
- Ensuring that you maintain an accurate and up-to-date training records
Requirements:
- The Operations Trainer will require experience within food manufacturing preferable
- Understanding of production machinery, CCPs, and quality checks
- Previous training, mentoring, or coaching experience desirable
- Willingness to continue developing through internal and external courses
