Job Description F&B Supervisor – Live in available. We’re looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to join a busy hospitality. This is a hands-on supervisory position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and making sure the operation runs smoothly from preparation through to service. You’ll play an important role in keeping the Food & Beverage team organised and ensuring guests receive a consistently high standard of service across the hotel's restaurant, bar and events operation. As F&B Supervisor, you will: Supervise and support the F&B team throughout daily service. Help coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner operations. Make sure the restaurant and bar are properly prepared before service. Help improve the organisation and efficiency of the F&B operation. Support weddings, private functions and other events. Assist with the training and development of junior team members. Lead by example and maintain high standards of service and presentation. Work closely with the wider management team to ensure the smooth running of the operation. We’re looking for someone with previous F&B supervisory experience who is confident taking responsibility for a shift and leading a team. You don't need to have been an F&B Manager. In fact, this role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on and operational rather than someone looking to move immediately into a strategic management position. Experience within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Good knowledge of both restaurant and bar operations. The confidence to take control of a busy shift. Experience supporting functions, weddings or events. Flexibility to work a range of shifts depending on operational requirements. We're looking for someone with previous supervisory experience who is confident leading a team and taking responsibility for a shift. You'll be organised, proactive and able to make sure the team is well prepared and that everything runs smoothly throughout service.
