Anexcitingopportunityhasarisentoleadabrand-newBondedWarehouseandRetailFulfilmentCentrenearHeathrowasaGeneralManager-BondedWarehouse.Thisisauniquechancetobuildandscaleawarehouseoperationfromscratch,takingfullownershipofpeople,process,andperformance.

TheOpportunity

Thisroleisidealforanexperiencedleaderinbondedwarehousing,particularlywithintheairlineretailorinflightservicessector.You\’llberesponsibleforend-to-endoperations,fullregulatorycompliance,andleadingateamthroughthestart-upandgrowthphase.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Manageallaspectsofwarehouseoperationsincludinginbound,outbound,stock,andfulfilment
• Leadanddevelopamediumsizedteamthrougheffectivemanagementof2-3supervisor
• EnsurefullcompliancewithHMRC,CAA,foodsafety,health&safety,andaviationsecurityregulations
• Overseeinfrastructuresetup,processdesign,andstaffonboardingduringlaunch
• Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithinternalstakeholdersandregulatorybodies
• Ownsite-levelP&L,includingbudgeting,forecasting,andcostcontrol
