In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with procurement, NPD, operations, and sales teams, reporting directly to the Head of Technical. From managing supplier approvals and factory trials to leading audits and ensuring artwork compliance, you'll be at the heart of everything that ensures our food quality is second to none.

What you’ll do:

  • Champion food safety and QMS improvements globally
  • Oversee supplier risk assessments and technical approvals
  • Lead product spec development and compliance checks
  • Support complaint investigations with actionable solutions
  • Mentor junior technologists and collaborate across teams
  • Travel nationally and internationally for audits and site visits
