Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join their leading retail organisation. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that enhance the companys brand presence & engage with their customers. If youre a creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable experiences and a strong background in event management, then this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a schedule of events throughout the year (52 week plan)
- Managing all aspects of our various onsite events & liaising with stakeholders
- Arrange ticketing, website content, and marketing
- Plan and liaise with external partners for design & graphics for the internal & external advertising
- Oversee running of events / project managing events
- Producing of live content, videos & promotions suitable for company and social media use
- Continually working on multiple campaigns and events
- Recruitment of additional staff & attending relevant management and site meetings
- Supporting other areas of the business when required
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Planning & organising skills & budget management
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to deal with vendors, entertainers, workshop leaders and local community groups
