Main Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for all HR related queries for this site - HR administration
- Support ER Stakeholder engagement - building relationships
- Training & development support
- End to end recruitment - from creating job specs/ adverts - to interview - to offer, onboarding, HR administration, referencing and compliance
- HR reporting
Previous experience:
- Previous experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator
- Recruitment & onboarding, compliance & training
- Employee engagement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships
