Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their amazing team, to be responsible for the day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the recruitment processes - updating the website for vacancies, reviewing candidate applications and updating job adverts
  • Onboarding, typing up of contracts, putting together starter packs
  • Induction of new employees & assisting with training
  • Supporting the HR function with administration and daily requirements
  • Writing up of newsletters
  • Maintaining the time and attendance system - Reviewing absence & holidays

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Min of 2 years HR Administration experience preferably within a retail environment
  • Great communication skills to allow for communication between managers and employees
  • Impeccable organisational skills & strategic thinker
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
