Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site region? We’re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our team and drive forward our people agenda in partnership with senior leadership. This is initially a 12 months FTC, covering the South region. Managing a small HR team, and working from home (with travel 2 days a week), you would be responsible for:
- Employee engagement
- Employee Relations
- Talent & performance management
- Change management and organisational development
This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence, advise, and challenge senior stakeholders while driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small HR team
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases
- Lead senior management recruitment across the region
- Support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE, and M&A
- Champion communication and culture across the region
- Travel to sites when needed
- Attend key leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred)
- Proven HRBP experience, gained in a fast paced multisite environment - ideally healthcare
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, previous management, coaching, and influencing skills
- Comfortable working remotely
- Passionate about making a difference and driving continuous improvement
Working Environment: This is a remote role. This is a regional role with travel across sites. You’ll manage your own diary.
