This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to impact our people agenda across a dynamic multi-site region. This role is ideal for a strategic HR leader who will manage a small HR team while working remotely with travel two days a week.
You will drive engagement, lead recruitment, and provide expert guidance on employee relations. A CIPD qualification and previous HRBP experience in a fast-paced, multisite environment are preferred. This is a 12-month FTC role covering the South region.
