Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast-growing family run organisation as an Operations Manager, reporting into the Operations Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day factory and delivery functions
- Managing the customer service team and managing the staff rota’s
- Tracking of the drivers’ movements and routes
- Ensuring company vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly
- Ensure orders are done accurately and delivered timeously to clients
- Supporting the production operations and ensuring compliance is met throughout the factory
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent Leadership and motivational skills
- Good attention to detail
