Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their organisation as a Customer Service Advisor/Agent to enhance customer relations, for an organisation based in Chessington. This role is working on a day shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Main responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers
- Process customer orders and confirm orders are despatched
- Generate customer invoices
- Deal with queries in a timely manner
- Support function for the department
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills & experience working in a similar role, resolving customer queries
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Good data entry skills
- Training will be provided to help you develop your skills!
