In this role you will: Engage your Aftersales team to deliver the world class service they strive for.
Be Responsible for driving performance of the workshop team, helping to maximise efficiency.
Manage the Customer facing team to maximise upsell whilst maintaining exceptional customer service.
Develop the skills, knowledge and career progression of team members.
Optimise operational processes.
Ensure Compliance financial processes, Health & Safety regulations etc.
Previous Experience / Skills - A strong communicator and leader Experience of Managing a fast paced Aftersales/customer service team.
