Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? Were looking for an experiencedHR Advisorto join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB:This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Managingemployee relationscases
- Leadingend-to-end recruitmenton site
- Drivingemployee engagementandwellbeinginitiatives
- Coaching and up-skilling line managers
- Supporting various projects and initiatives
- Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers
What Were Looking For:
- Strong experience in end to endemployee relations(day to day & complex cases)
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and withunions
- Experience in amanufacturing or FMCGenvironment or similar
- Comfortable usingHR systemsandMS Office
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) xgikmsk desirable but not essential
