A well-established and growing electronics manufacturer in Windsor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to join their friendly and experienced purchasing team. The role:
- Source and procure electronic components and materials aligned with customer requirements
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including identifying new vendors and negotiating competitive pricing
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials, proactively addressing any supply chain or quality issues
- Maintain accurate procurement records and data within the MRP system (training provided)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure seamless material flow
- Support continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain by contributing ideas and implementing best practices
