Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Opportunity
An established recruitment business is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop its Driving and Industrial desk.
The role combines business development, account management and recruitment delivery. You will have access to an existing database of active and previous clients while retaining responsibility for generating new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business across Driving, Logistics and Industrial markets
- Reactivate previous clients and grow existing accounts
- Manage client relationships through calls, meetings and site visits
- Qualify vacancies and understand operational staffing requirements
- Manage recruitment from candidate sourcing through to placement
- Build reliable candidate pools for temporary bookings
- Maintain accurate compliance and CRM records
- Take ownership of desk performance and revenue growth
About You
- Previous recruitment agency experience
- Experience managing a 360 desk or developing client accounts
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Comfortable managing a busy temporary recruitment desk
- Organised, commercially aware and able to work independently
- Industrial, Driving or Logistics recruitment experience is preferred
- Driving compliance knowledge would be advantageous
Package
- £30,000–£40,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- Access to an established client and candidate database
- Opportunity to take ownership of and grow a recruitment desk
