This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment are delighted to be working with an exciting food and retail business who are seeking a Planning & Performance Manager to join their team. The Role The primary focus of the role is to provide data driven intelligence on the end-to-end operations, to enhance and champion change, efficiency & innovation into the network. You will be working closely with the operational, supply chain and finance teams with support of the Data Analyst to give one holistic view of performance, trends and driving behavioural use of data. This is a hybrid role, initially you will be needed more in the office, after this you will move into a 3 day in the office and 2 from home pattern. Main Duties & Responsibilities Ensure the business has the required headcount in place for the forthcoming year A Provision of historical and current analysis to detail seasonal and regional fluctuations in demand Put together datasets & insights that drive efficiency recommendations in the network Provision of historical and current analysis including commentary Ability to manage data driven intelligence, track performance, looking at costs and labour spend Deliver monthly view of operational and financial performance Using robust data and Power BI/Microsoft Dynamics 365 to measure, analyse and trend customer delivery
