Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join their school environment. This is a new opportunity to join them in supporting the smooth operational running of the school.

Main responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments and receipts accurately, & collection and recording of school fee payments and other income.
- Assist with accounts administration, maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support invoice processing, supplier payments and financial reconciliations as required.
- Liaise with the Bursar on financial matters, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Ensure financial administration is completed accurately, confidentially and within agreed deadlines
- School Admissions Administration
- Day to day administration and streamlining operations
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a business manager, or in accounts, financial administration, admissions or a senior administrative role preferable
- Previous experience working in a school xgikmsk or educational setting
- Good numerical skills & attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 4 days on site, and 1 day from home, and during fully from home during school holidays.
