Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children’s Home, working with children with special needs. The main responsibilities of this role will include: * Complete set up of the operations * Create a nurturing environment for children & develop care plans for children * Lead and manage a team of care staff * Manage budgets and administrative functions * Monitor the quality and care * Prepare the service for Ofsted registration Requirements: * Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Young People’s Services & CQC Registered * Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations & Children’s Home regulations * Previous experience with children with Autism & Complex needs * Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection and positive behaviour support * Excellent organisational and communication skills * High level of compassion and empathy & a passion for working with children * Full UK driving license preferred * Full DBS checks A good benefits package including performance related bonus
