A well-established and growing food manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee its warehouse operations across multiple sites near Thirsk. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a fast-paced warehouse environment, who enjoys leading teams and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee goods in, goods out, stock control and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and support production through effective materials management.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and audit records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce waste.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Management experience.
  • Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and logistics.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence (essential).
  • A full UK driving licence (essential).
