An exciting opportunity has opened up within our client's long‑standing and highly skilled technical publications team. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team who are responsible for producing and updating high‑quality technical documents, specifications, and engineering drawings for global customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and updating technical publications, build plans, and test procedures used by manufacturing and customer teams
- Interpreting and referencing engineering drawings, CAD models, production standards, and support analysis records
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and production departments to resolve technical queries
- Reviewing and proofreading documents to meet internal quality and compliance requirements
- Participating in hands‑on validation using tooling, equipment, and engineering processes
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience producing technical publications within engineering/manufacturing
- Excellent understanding of industry standards and technical communication methods
- Practical exposure to mechanical engineering concepts and simplified technical English
- Able to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team
- Detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality and consistency
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds in Technical Communication & Authoring or similar) are beneficial, but not required
