We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider working on a long-term public sector contract. This is a mobile field-based role covering South London, responsible for the servicing, installation, commissioning, and reactive fault-finding of commercial HVAC systems across multiple sites. You will be joining a high-performing engineering team delivering essential maintenance services on a large-scale, SLA-driven contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and fault-find commercial HVAC systems
- Carry out commissioning and installation of HVAC equipment
- Work on chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and associated systems
- Respond to reactive breakdowns and emergency callouts
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
- Produce accurate reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all works meet health and safety standards
