Alexander Faraday Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR for the UK operations, a stand-alone role with a hybrid working pattern. You will support around 150 staff across two UK businesses with international touchpoints.
You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy rollout, and roll out a new HRIS and Employee Handbook, reporting to the SLT and advising on people strategy.
