Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site region? We’re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our team and drive forward our people agenda in partnership with senior leadership. This is initially a 12 months FTC, covering the South region. Managing a small HR team, and working from home (with travel 2 days a week), you would be responsible for:

  • Employee engagement
  • Employee Relations
  • Talent & performance management
  • Change management and organisational development

This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence, advise, and challenge senior stakeholders while driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small HR team
  • Drive engagement and retention initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases
  • Lead senior management recruitment across the region
  • Support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE, and M&A
  • Champion communication and culture across the region
  • Travel to sites when needed
  • Attend key leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning

What We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred)
  • Proven HRBP experience, gained in a fast paced multisite environment - ideally healthcare
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, previous management, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Passionate about making a difference and driving continuous improvement

Working Environment: This is a remote role. This is a regional role with travel across sites. You’ll manage your own diary.
