The Role: As a Business Development Executive, your mission is to generate new business, build meaningful client partnerships, develop current relationships, and provide end to end high-quality recruitment services!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across a variety of sectors
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, social selling, and email outreach
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions
  • Provide end to end recruitment (source/match, interview, prepare and send CVs to clients)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and an active sales pipeline
  • Represent the Alexander Faraday brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence

About You: We’re looking for someone commercially minded, self-driven, and motivated by success. You will have:

  • Business development or sales experience; recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential
  • End to end recruitment experience gained across multiple sectors/disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to generating leads and creating opportunities
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to understand client challenges
  • Ideally, business relationships you can bring with you
  • Drive, resilience, and a desire to earn excellent commission
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy schedule
