Our client has an exciting opportunity for a PA to the Head of School, to be responsible for the full administrative processes within a school.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- To act as a Personal Assistant to the Head Teacher assisting the Senior Leadership Team in the administration of the school.
- Full Administration including reports and managing data across the school, agendas, arranging events and meetings.
- Managing the academic timetable, electronic diary, written communication.
- Taking minutes.
- Organise meeting agendas, venues and refreshments for internal meetings, coordinate attendance and circulate papers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills and high standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Good IT Skills, Fast and accurate typing.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a good sense of humour.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and using time management skills to good effect.
Successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS. The hours may possibly be slightly reduced out of term time.
