You'll be responsible for driving the overall performance of the Service and Parts departments, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, maximising profitability, and leading a motivated team to deliver outstanding results. The Role As the After Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Leading and developing the Service and Parts teams. * Driving departmental profitability and achieving key performance targets. * Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction and retention. * Managing departmental budgets and financial performance. * Coaching, mentoring and developing team members. * Ensuring manufacturer standards and dealership processes are consistently maintained. * Working closely with senior management to implement business strategies and continuous improvements. * Managing workshop efficiency, productivity and utilisation. * Ensuring compliance with all health and safety and regulatory requirements. * Building strong relationships with customers and resolving escalated issues professionally. About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: * Previous experience as an After Sales Manager, Service Manager or Senior Automotive Management professional within a dealership. * A proven track record of improving departmental performance and profitability. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding. * A customer first approach with outstanding communication skills. * The ability to motivate, inspire and develop high performing teams. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * A full UK driving licence.
