Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping instructions, warehouse and export documentation.
- Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.
- Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.
- Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Support events and exhibitions with logistics planning.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination.
- Proven customer service coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
NB: this is a site based role - 5 days a week. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency. Our client offers a good working environment and a varied role.
