Our client is an international manufacturer with a large car service and showroom. This is a well-respected, well-established and well-known car retailer. They have a rare opportunity to join their car servicing team as a Customer Service Advisor.
- The role of the Customer Advisor / Service Advisor is to ensure that customers receive a first-class experience of customer service.
- Processing customer enquiries.
- Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner.
- Liaising with customers via phone, email and in person.
- Booking vehicles in for service and other works.
- Other duties needed to support the function of the service division.
Previous Experience / Skills:
- Industry knowledge.
- A strong communicator via phone, email and in person.
- Some customer service experience.
- Proficient IT skills.
